General Shipping Policies

Unveiled Treasures offers several shipping options for packages, including standard shipping through USPS Ground Advantage, priority mail shipping through USPS Priority Mail, and express shipping through USPS Priority Mail Express.

All orders of $50+ ship free. 

All orders shipped via a package include tracking and shipping insurance.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout with USPS commercial rates for size and weight.  Taxes are also calculated automatically at checkout.  Both of these charges will be displayed prior to purchasing.  

A handling fee of $0.50 is applied on some items.

A signature confirmation at delivery may be required for some items.  This will be clearly stated in the listings that have this requirement or will be communicated to you through email.  

Free standard shipping may be offered on some products via USPS Ground Advantage through sales and promotions.

All products are inspected before being shipped.  Items are handled and packaged with the utmost care.  

 

Shipping Locations

Our store operates out of Central Indiana and the online website only ships within the 50 US states at this time. If you wish to purchase items from an international location, please visit our eBay store by clicking on the following link. (click here)

 

Business Hours and Handling Time

Business hours are 9:00AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday ET, excluding federal holidays.  Items ship by the next business day in accordance with USPS hours and scheduling.  Please allow 2 business days for tracking to update.

 

Trading Card (TCG) Orders

Trading card orders under $10.01 have the option of being shipped via USPS First Class Standard Envelope with tracking through a service called Letter-Track.  At this time, this level of shipping is called Economy Shipping and is a flat fee of $1.18 at checkout.  

Trading cards and trading card orders above $10.00 will be shipped as a package with tracking and insurance through your choice of USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express.  

Trading cards valued above $100.00 will be shipped thru your choice of USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express.  Free shipping via USPS Priority Mail may be offered on some cards.  A signature confirmation may be required on high-value cards.    

 

Sticker Orders

Sticker orders under $10.01 have the option of being shipped via USPS First Class Standard Envelope with tracking through a service called Letter-Track.  At this time, this level of shipping is called Economy Shipping and is a flat fee of $1.18 at checkout.  

Sticker orders above $10.00 will be shipped as a package with tracking and insurance through your choice of USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express.  

 

Standard Envelope Packaging

Trading cards shipped at the economy level are packaged in a combination of penny sleeves, top loaders, V-Cardboard sleeves, paper, &/or team bags and are placed in a standard envelope to ensure they are properly protected during their journey.

Stickers shipped at the economy level are packaged in team bag sleeves, cardboard, and paper and are placed in a standard envelope.

 

Packages

All products shipped as a package are placed in a bubble poly mailer, rigid envelope, or sturdy box depending on the item.  A multitude of different packaging materials may be used to protect your item.  Wherever possible, we use recyclable, eco-friendly, and bio-degradable material.  No stone is left unturned to ensure your items arrive safely.

 

Storage

All products are carefully stored in a climate-controlled environment that is pet-free & smoke-free.
