About 70 to 66 million years ago there was a theropod dinosaur called Therizinosaurus in China and Mongolia. Its name, which means "mowing lizard", refers to its long and powerful claws. This dinosaur's diet composed of small mammals and plants. He could measure up to 16 feet high, 30 feet long, and weighed more than 6 tons.
