The Tylosaurus, whose name means "protruding lizard", was a large carnivorous marine lizard that could measure up to 50 feet and roamed the shallow seas. With his long and slender body, equipped with two pairs of efficient fins and a powerful tail, he could propel himself at will, and thus be able to satisfy his predator appetite. It is probable that his snout served him as a weapon, as well to hunt as to defend himself.
This Tylosaurus Dinosaur Figure is hand painted and highly detailed with a natural color-scheme that replicates the real animal, making the figure extremely realistic looking. For play or display. Due to being hand painted, each animal figure may look slightly different. The measurements are approximately 9.4"L x 3.5"W x 1.9"H.
Papo's figurines are made from durable synthetic plastic.
